Most of us realize that our Government could do much better with the way in which distributes money to the poor. Remember that the money they are giving away; your taxpayer money and belongs to the people. I think that citizens of United States would agree that the Government of the United States match funds with Buffett Gates Foundation.
If Bill Gates and Warren Buffett care for money, then we can be absolutely sure of not wasted.Often mentioned by groups non-profit watchdog Government to Government United States waste more than 45% of your money in the administration. in bodies of Government who are responsible for giving money to the poor or people in the third world which leaves only 55% of money left.

The only current problem is the Government of United States can pass as many billions of dollars now due to the deficit and budget cuts.
